My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were excellent, filled with Platinum Quality touches like the Nespresso Machine, making it feel like a cozy home. The initial cold ambiance could have been warmer and more festive. The service was top-notch, with friendly and welcoming staff who could handle any issue effectively. The location, nestled in the well-kept grounds of the White Hart, was a beautiful retreat. Dining had its flaws with some disorganization and cold breakfast items, but the grilled dishes were good. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement.
The hotel was uncomfortably hot in the rooms, making it difficult to sleep well. Additionally, the noise from a rattling door behind the wardrobe was disruptive. On the bright side, the restaurant was one of the best I've ever experienced, offering delightful dining options.
